About Your Path Starts Here: Online & Dojo Classes
You do not need to be fit to start; you need to be consistent. For online training, you only need a small space and a reliable internet connection to follow along with our live Zoom sessions, while our in-person dojo classes focus on tactile feedback and partner drills. Whichever you choose, expect to sweat, learn, and disconnect from your daily stress for sixty minutes.
Training That Fits Your Life
Martial arts is not about fighting; it is about not becoming a victim of your own circumstances. Whether you are 12 or 70, the principles of Aiki Jujutsu—position, posture, and process—remain the same.
Online Training (Live via Zoom) Ideal for those who cannot travel or have erratic schedules. We focus on solo forms, weapon mechanics with Bokken or Jo, and joint mobility. You will need a partner at home for certain drills.
- Frequency: 4 to 8 sessions per month.
- Focus: Mind-body connection, stress relief, and breathing exercises (Kokyu).
In-Person Dojo Classes Available at Bhumika Hall in Malleswaram and Nirguna Mandir in Koramangala. This is for those who need physical, hands-on correction.
- The Vibe: Traditional, non-AC community hall environment.
- Curriculum: Full-contact practice, throwing, joint locking, and pinning techniques. You will interact with senior students (Sempai) and receive direct physical adjustments from me.
