Martial arts is not about aggression. It is about understanding your own strength and learning how to move without resistance. Here, we train for life.

This video shows a two-staff exercise on my rooftop. This practice, known as bojutsu, is excellent for developing coordination, rhythm, and full-body awareness.

Here is another view of the two-staff drill. Notice how the movements are fluid and continuous. This teaches the body to move efficiently and powerfully without unnecessary tension.

The focus here is on symmetrical movement. By training both sides of the body equally, we build balance and correct postural imbalances that come from daily life.

The message here is "I am coming back." After facing tough years, my training was my path to recovery. This single staff drill demonstrates focus and control, the very tools that help you make a comeback in life.

A closer look at a single bo staff technique. This is not just spinning a stick; it is an extension of the body, guided by the mind. Every movement has a purpose.

This clip shows the smooth transition between different movements with the staff. This is key in Aiki Jujutsu: the ability to adapt and flow from one situation to the next.

Repetition is the mother of skill. Here, I am practicing the same fundamental staff movements to keep my technique sharp and my body conditioned.

The Hindi words say, "The beginning has been made. Now my name will make noise again." This reflects the confidence that comes from dedicated practice.

This image, reflected in the water, reminds us to pay attention to the body. The kneeling stance with the hanbo (short staff) builds a strong foundation and core stability.

A closer view of the posture from the previous image. Your body is your first and most important home. This training teaches you how to take care of it and keep it healthy.

About Training in Action: The Body Follows the Mind

The staff drills you see here aren't about fighting opponents; they're about alignment. When you practice these solo forms, you aren't just moving wood; you're teaching your body to relax while staying powerful. If you are struggling with daily stress, this repetition is exactly what helps you center your mind. You don't need to be fit to start, but you do need to be consistent.
