Finding Strength Through Aiki Jujutsu
I teach the traditional path of Aiki Jujutsu, not just techniques. Hear my perspective on why resilience matters more than fighting.
In this video, I announce a free online Aiki Jujutsu session for kids. I believe this knowledge should be accessible to all, not just those in cities who can afford it. This is my way of giving back.
A short message from me during an early morning workout. I teach traditional Aiki Jujutsu and I love to share my knowledge. This is an open invitation to connect with me and learn.
This is a simple, posed video showing my traditional martial arts uniform or gi. It represents my identity as a practitioner and teacher of Aiki Jujutsu.
About A Word from the Sensei
People often come to me wanting to learn how to fight, but I teach the opposite. Aiki Jujutsu is about learning how not to fight, managing the chaos in your mind before it becomes a physical conflict. Whether you are struggling with daily stress or need a reset, the goal is simple: be slightly better than the person you were yesterday.
Martial arts is often misunderstood as a display of aggression, shouting, or breaking boards. My practice, Aiki Jujutsu, is the complete opposite. It is about understanding your body and your circumstances so you do not become a victim of your own thoughts.
We focus on Tai Sabaki (body movement), breathing, and posture. When you change your posture, you change how you approach problems in life. I mention my own journey—2021 broke me, 2022 changed me, and 2023 opened my eyes. My students often come to me when they feel stuck, whether they are in their 30s or 60s. We do not just train for combat; we train for life.
Whether you join me in the dojos at Malleswaram and Koramangala or attend an online session, the principle remains the same. You need a partner for some drills, but the mental journey you walk alone. If you are waiting for the perfect time to start, you will be waiting forever. Start today.
