Aiki Jujutsu Training: Master Your Mind and Body
True martial arts is not about breaking things or shouting. I teach the traditional Samurai art of Aiki Jujutsu to help you manage stress, improve focus, and reclaim your physical health, regardless of your fitness level.
*Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar.* This video shows a basic staff exercise that builds coordination and strength. It is not about aggression, but about finding harmony between your mind and body, a core principle in my Aiki Jujutsu training.
This is the heart of what I teach. Aiki Jujutsu gives you the tools to protect yourself not just from physical harm, but from the mental and emotional stress of modern life. This stance, rooted in Samurai tradition, represents stability and readiness.
Many people think they are too old or not fit enough to start. I am here to show you that your body is more capable than you think. This is a direct invitation for you, especially if you are over 30, to take the first step and discover your own strength.
Here is a moment with my students at the dojo. We are a community dedicated to growth and discipline. I am in the center in my white gi, surrounded by dedicated practitioners who have walked this path with me.
In this video, I explain a common misunderstanding about martial arts. It is not just about fighting. True martial art teaches you how *not* to fight, how to control your mind and not become a victim of your own thoughts or difficult situations.
Here I am demonstrating a posture with the bokken, or wooden sword. This practice is not about learning to fight with a sword, but about perfecting your posture, focus, and intention. These are skills you will use in every part of your life.
I have created special batches for women, including homemakers, who wish to learn self-defense and find an active, healthy lifestyle. These day batches are designed to fit your schedule and help you awaken your own power in a supportive environment.
About Featured
You don't need to be fit or young to start. My Aiki Jujutsu classes focus on position, posture, and breathing—not brute force. Whether you join my dojo in Koramangala or Malleswaram, or train from home, you will learn how to move without being a victim of your own stress or circumstances.
Martial arts is often misunderstood as just fighting, but it is actually a discipline for daily life. When you train with me, you are not learning to throw punches; you are learning to control your own reaction to pressure.
Why I Teach This Way
My training is rooted in the philosophy that your mind and body are one. If you are stuck in a cycle of stress or feeling physically limited by age or lack of fitness, this is the path for you. I have been through my own rough patches, and I use Aiki Jujutsu to help you stop being a victim—whether that is to physical situations or your own thought patterns.
Training Options
- Dojo Classes: Join me in Koramangala (Nirguna Mandir) or Malleswaram (Bhumika Hall). We do full-contact partner drills, joint locking, and throws. You get tactile feedback and traditional etiquette.
- Online Classes: If you cannot travel, my Zoom sessions are just as effective. We focus on solo forms, weapon mechanics (Bokken/Jo), and joint mobility. You just need a partner of similar strength to practice.
- Private Mentorship: For those who want faster results or have specific injuries, I offer 1-on-1 sessions to work on advanced pressure points or leadership principles applied to life.
The Reality
'If you wait until you're ready, you'll be waiting for the rest of your life.' Stop waiting. You do not need to be a black belt to start, and you do not need to be an athlete. You just need the discipline to show up for an hour a week. Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar (Nothing is more important than your body, man). Let us start your training.
