Kayi Ganji is a simple and soothing coconut milk porridge. It's a light, comforting food that is easy to digest and incredibly delicious, especially when paired with a spicy pickle.
For a healthy alternative to rice, I offer this Methi Cracked Wheat. It's a diabetic-friendly option that is both nutritious and tasty, cooked with fenugreek leaves and spices.

I don't use store-bought powders. I personally grind every masala for my Vangibhath and Pulao, which gives the food that traditional flavor people often miss. Because I prepare everything in small batches right from my own kitchen, you get food that is truly fresh rather than mass-produced.
There is a real difference between a commercial kitchen and home cooking. When you order rice dishes from me, you are getting the same meal I would serve my own family. I avoid heavy preservatives and chemicals, relying instead on traditional techniques like tempering with pure ghee and using farm-fresh vegetables.
