About Meet the Collage Team
We aren't just a group of architects working side-by-side; we are a collection of distinct personalities. From our project leads who master site dynamics to the team members who keep our design standards meticulous, each of us brings a different strength to the drafting table. When you work with us, you aren't just hiring a firm; you are bringing on a team that debates design details and problem-solves together to get your project across the finish line.
Our design process is deeply collaborative. We believe that a rigid, hierarchical structure stifles creativity, which is why our studio in Kasturi Nagar is set up to encourage open dialogue. We have three Principal Architects—Swapnil, Adwitha, and Arunkumar—each steering the studio with different design philosophies, whether it’s pushing for bolder material palettes or simplifying complex site dynamics to find the perfect spatial flow.
Our project heads and architects act as the glue. They are the ones on-site, interpreting sketches and ensuring that what we imagined at the concept stage actually manifests in brick and mortar. We don't believe in handing a project off to a junior team; our project architects stay involved from the first client meeting until the last furniture piece is installed.
Whether it's the technical patience required to align a floating staircase or the creative energy needed to select the right material palette, the team divides and conquers based on who is best suited for your specific project needs. We like to say we piece together different stories, people, and ideas to make something real—it’s not just a tagline, it’s how we function every single day.
