When you train with me, you are not just learning to kick or punch. We focus on conditioning, technical precision, and confidence building, whether you are training for a belt test or for personal safety. My students range from children to adults, and every session is tailored to ensure you are progressing safely and effectively, either at our Sangam Vihar academy or during private home sessions.
I believe that martial arts and education go hand in hand. My goal is not just to teach Taekwondo, but to ensure that every student, especially kids, feels strong and confident.
Our Training Approach
We structure our training to support both beginners and competitive athletes:
- Fundamentals: We start with proper stances, footwork, and basic striking, ensuring you have a strong foundation before moving to advanced sparring.
- Fitness & Conditioning: Every session includes agility drills, core strength work, and flexibility training. This prepares your body for the rigors of competitive Taekwondo.
- Belt System: We follow a disciplined progression. Belt grading involves both practical skill tests and written exams to ensure you truly understand the art.
- Self-Defense: My classes emphasize practical, real-world moves. We teach girls and women essential techniques for safety and confidence.
