The Standing Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, is one of the most effective asanas for enhancing spinal flexibility and strength. This video shows the proper form to safely open the chest and shoulders while energizing the entire spine.

Vakrasana, or the Seated Twist, is a key therapeutic pose I teach for spinal health and digestive wellness. This video demonstrates the gentle twisting motion that helps to relieve back stiffness and stimulate the abdominal organs.

Before jumping into complex poses, we start with a biomechanical assessment to pinpoint exactly where your stiffness lies. Whether it is upper back tension from hours at a desk or lower lumbar discomfort, my sessions are about customizing the flow to your specific structural needs rather than forcing a standard routine.

Spinal health is not about being flexible; it is about being functional. Most back issues stem from our daily habits—prolonged sitting, incorrect posture while using devices, or a weak core that fails to support the spine. My sessions, whether held in my Miramar studio or online, prioritize safety first.

We keep group classes limited to 8 to 15 participants, ensuring I can provide hands-on tactile adjustments for alignment. If you require deep, individual focus on spinal injuries, we can arrange 1:1 sessions for a more detailed, custom training plan.
