The Yogi's Path: Mindfulness & Philosophy
Shakti hi jeevan hai, durbalta hi mrityu hai. Strength is life, weakness is death. My practice is rooted in the philosophy that yoga is a "work-in" to find inner sukoon (peace). We use breath and meditation to make the mind our servant, not our master.
