About Kids & Family Fun
When you join our sessions, you are not just watching a demo. You and your children get full access to our pottery wheels and sculpting tools from the start. We keep batches small, ensuring that whether it is your first time handling clay or you have done this before, there is always someone here to guide you through the process.
Our studio in Malad West is designed to be a creative escape rather than a rigid classroom. We believe that pottery is about letting go and surprising yourself, which is why we focus on hands-on fun instead of long lectures.
What to expect at our sessions:
- Wheel Throwing & Hand Building: We guide you through the basics of centering clay on the wheel and manual sculpting techniques like pinching or coiling. Your kids can make anything from Ganesha idols to quirky cat pots.
- Pottery Painting: After the clay work, choose from our range of pastel paints and varnishes to customize your piece. It is a relaxing way to add your personal touch.
- The Rooftop Vibe: Our space features city views, sunsets, and string lights, making it a great spot for families to switch off from their screens and connect.
Everything you need is provided, including aprons, clay, and tools. You can take your handmade pieces home as a memory of the day. If you choose to have us fire your pottery to make it food-safe, just leave it with us for 2-3 weeks for kiln processing. Whether you are looking for a weekend activity or a creative birthday outing, our studio offers a non-pressured space where the focus is on laughter, clay, and the 'Arre, maine banaya!' moment.
