Stop chasing zero figures and start building a lifestyle that actually lasts. My philosophy is simple: balance over deprivation. Let's get fit, the wholesome, sustainable way.

I always tell my clients, don't run after weight loss. Focus on building a healthy diet and lifestyle, and weight loss will follow. Just like in the movie 3 Idiots, excellence comes first, and success follows.

It breaks my heart to hear about young children having heart attacks. It is my duty as a nutritionist to remind you that if you don't pay attention to your food, your health will suffer. Take action now for yourself and your family.

Are you drinking enough water? Most of us underestimate its power, but dehydration can cause fatigue, hair fall, acidity, and even obesity. Your body is 70% water, and every cell needs it to function.

My number one rule, especially in the summer, is to hydrate smartly. This means drinking plenty of water, but you can also add coconut water, lemon water, or herbal infusions for extra electrolytes.

Seasonal fruits are a must. In the summer, include watermelon, muskmelon, and cucumber in your diet. They are rich in water and vitamins, and they help keep your body cool and hydrated.

Say no to sugar laden beverages like cold drinks and excessive fruit juices. Instead, sip on healthy alternatives like chaach, nimbu paani, or infused water to quench your thirst and stay hydrated.

Everyone tells you to drink 2-3 liters of water, but it can be hard to remember. I suggest simple habits: start and end your day with water, and during the day, hydrate with other sources like coconut water, buttermilk, and herbal teas.

To support your digestion, try to sit calmly for five minutes after your meal. This simple practice allows your body to properly signal the start of the digestive process.

Avoid drinking tea or coffee immediately after a meal. Waiting at least 30 minutes before your chai or coffee can help prevent acidity and ensure proper nutrient absorption from your food.

A gentle 2 to 5 minute walk after meals, just about 100 steps, is a great way to boost digestion. It helps move food through your system and prevents that heavy, bloated feeling.

About My Philosophy: Fit Bano, Young Nahi

If you are tired of counting every calorie or spending hours on complex fad diets, let us reset. My clients do not eat imported kale or expensive chia seeds. They eat dal, roti, and seasonal sabzi, just cooked with mindfulness and the right nutritional balance. The real change starts when you stop dieting and start eating for your body's actual needs, using the ingredients already in your kitchen.
