I specialise in drop-off catering, which means I handle the cooking so you can handle the hosting. Whether you are planning a small gathering or a larger bash, my packages are built around flexibility.

How the Service Works

Since I operate a drop-off model, there is no need to hire external waiters or manage complicated catering setups. Your food arrives ready to serve.

• Mains: Hot gravies like my slow-cooked Mutton Paya or creamy Malai Chicken come in spill-proof foil tubs that retain heat.
• Starters: Finger foods like mini zingers and samosas are packed to stay crispy. Many items are also available in ready-to-fry packs if you prefer to fry them just as your guests walk through the door.
• Desserts: Everything is portioned into individual cups. It is a clean, modern way to serve sweets without the hassle of cutting slices or cleaning up serving platters.

Menu Customisation

I mix and match based on your guest list. My roots are in Cutchi Memon cuisine, so you get authentic, old-school flavours you won't find in standard catering. But I also bridge that with Continental and Indo-Chinese favourites to ensure there is something for everyone. If you have a specific theme or a dietary preference, we can chat about adjusting the menu tiers—from my economy snack platters to the premium spreads including roast or specialty curries.
