Core Training
- Format: 60-minute 1-on-1 session conducted at Maxburn Fitness, Koramangala.
- Methodology: Mix of hypertrophy (muscle gain) and functional HIIT using battle ropes, tyre flips, and weights.
- Safety: Continuous spotting and form correction on compound lifts like squats and deadlifts.
Program & Nutrition
- Planning: Structured workout routine designed for weight loss and muscle toning.
- Dietary Support: BMI check, habit tracking, and basic macro-nutrient splits (excludes clinical diet charts).
Support & Facility
- Accountability: WhatsApp scheduling support and off-day motivation.
- Equipment Access: Full usage of gym floor and functional training zones during the session. (Gym membership paid separately).
Specialized Rehab & Women's Wellness Coaching
Adaptive Methodology
- Focus Areas: Post-rehab for shoulder/back injuries or training adjusted to menstruation and ovulation phases.
- Style: Low-impact integration of strength training, Pilates principles, and yoga flows.
- Goal: Restoring range of motion and managing fatigue or pain.
Premium Attention
- Daily Assessment: Pre-session checks on pain levels or bloating with immediate program modification.
- Pacing: Slower, highly controlled movements emphasizing mind-muscle connection.
- Tools: Use of resistance bands, foam rollers, and mats for corrective drills.

Instead, we figure out what fits your lifestyle and goals. It's about sustainable fitness habits, not suffering through extremes.

- Post-injury fitness routines, with a focus on safe rehab and coming back stronger. I’ve been through my own recovery, so I get it.

My Story
So, I’m 34 now. Not gonna lie, life’s messy but it’s mine. Made some wild choices, some good, some straight-up ‘kya soch raha tha?’ (what was I even thinking?) moments. But hey, I’m still here, still moving. I live for dance, I teach it, I move because it feels right. Had a rough patch with a shoulder injury, but quitting? Nah, not my style. I find strength in adventure too - Spiti bike trip changed me. I try to stay soft, share my light, and keep it real.
