Get your heart rate up and learn the basics of striking. We focus on power, precision, and footwork to build your confidence on the mat.

About Striking Foundations: Boxing & Kickboxing
Whether you are a total beginner or looking to refine your stance, our striking classes focus on the fundamentals: proper jab-cross mechanics, footwork rhythm, and controlled pad work. We do not just teach you how to hit; we teach you how to control distance and defend yourself, using heavy bags and focus mitts under the watchful eye of coaches who are always pushing you to be better.
We keep the energy high because that is how you learn. Our boxing and kickboxing sessions at our Amruthahalli and Yelahanka branches are designed for consistency, not just intensity. You will start with shadowboxing to build muscle memory, move into partner drills using focus mitts, and finish with heavy bag work to develop power. Safety is our priority; we use standard EVA interlocking foam mats and quality protective gear to ensure everyone trains effectively.
If you are new, do not worry about being perfect. On our mats, the rule is simple: you win or you learn. Our sessions are open to all levels, with evening batches that fit into a working or student schedule. You will be part of a team where kids and adults train side by side, creating a support system that keeps you accountable. When you train with us, you are not just working out; you are learning to solve problems under pressure, developing the discipline that translates from the cage to everyday life.
