We build more than muscles; we build habits. Our conditioning sessions mix functional drills and teamwork to keep young athletes strong, agile, and injury-free.

Strength and conditioning day at the academy. Our students, young and old, are pushing their limits with deadlifts and dumbbell exercises to build power.

Building raw strength with heavy deadlifts. We focus on proper form to ensure our athletes get stronger safely and effectively.

Our members working on their deadlifts. Strength training is a critical component of our MMA program for fighters of all ages and levels.

Progress happens outside the comfort zone. Here are our students, including our youngest, working hard during a strength and conditioning session.

From dumbbell presses to farmer's walks and planks, our conditioning sessions are designed to build endurance and functional strength for all our members.

A glimpse into our morning strength and conditioning class. We use battle ropes, box jumps, and weightlifting to build explosive power.

We make fitness a family affair. Here, one of our members gets a little extra weight for his pushups from his son during a fun workout.

About this collection

It is not about lifting heavy weights or using complicated machines. In our conditioning sessions, we focus on functional movements—deadlifts, battle ropes, and partner carries—that directly improve a fighter’s endurance and explosiveness on the mat. We prioritize form above everything else because a strong fighter is a safe fighter, and we want our kids and adults to perform at their peak without risk of injury.

Building the Engine Behind the Technique

True martial arts mastery requires a body that can keep up with the mind. Whether it is BJJ, wrestling, or boxing, our strength and conditioning program ensures that when a student is in the heat of a match, their body does not quit.

We structure our classes to move beyond basic cardio. We introduce:

  • Functional Movement: We use animal walks, bear crawls, and crab walks to build natural range of motion and coordination.
  • Explosive Power: Through controlled kettlebell work and box jumps, we teach athletes how to generate force from the ground up.
  • Team Dynamics: Exercises like partner carries and group planks are not just for fitness; they build the brotherhood and support system that defines the 1026 community.

Why Conditioning Matters for Juniors

For young athletes, the goal is injury prevention and athletic literacy. We are not just building muscles; we are correcting posture, teaching balance, and instilling discipline. Parents often see a shift in their child's confidence outside the gym as they master a new movement. We operate out of both Amruthahalli and Yelahanka, providing a consistent, high-energy environment at both locations.

If you are worried about your child being 'too young' for strength work, know that our focus is entirely on bodyweight mastery and proper technique before we ever touch a barbell. You win or you learn, and in our conditioning program, every rep is a chance to learn how to be a better athlete.

I believe in the grind. On my mats, we don't just build fighters; we build habits. I am the one shouting to keep them moving, making sure they learn that every difficult rep is just another step toward becoming a champion in life.
