We build real-world strength in our group sessions using a variety of equipment. Expect workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and intense battle ropes to improve muscle mass, bone density, and overall power.

High-Energy Stepper Aerobics

Our stepper aerobics classes are a full-body cardio workout that’s anything but basic. We mix traditional step routines with high-energy dance music to make toning your legs, glutes, and core incredibly fun.

Agility & HIIT Drills

These sessions are designed to boost your metabolism and improve coordination. We use agility ladders, hurdles, and cones for fast-paced High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that challenges your speed and reflexes.

Prenatal Fitness: For Moms-to-Be

We offer pregnancy-friendly group fitness and Zumba classes designed to keep you active and strong through every trimester. All movements are modified for safety, helping you manage energy levels and prepare for delivery in a supportive environment.
