About Dance & Choreography Showcase
I don't teach 'performance' dance where you need years of training. My choreography is designed to be picked up in seconds, whether it's a high-energy Bollyfit track or a smooth Bachata step. In my corporate sessions, I strip back the complexity so everyone—from the department head to the intern—can jump in, sweat, and actually enjoy the rhythm without stressing about their feet.
Why My Choreography Works
Most dance classes feel like you are back in school, trying to memorize steps and worrying about being judged. That is the opposite of what I do. I treat every session as a dance party. My routines, ranging from Bollyfit and Bhangra to Salsa and Zumba, are built on a 'Follow the Leader' format. This means you do not need to look at a mirror or stress about perfect form. You just look at me and move.
Where Styles Meet
I love blending high-energy Bhangra beats with smooth Bachata rhythms. This variety keeps things fresh for my regular students and helps me adapt quickly to different corporate spaces. Whether we are in a cramped cafeteria or a spacious townhall in Noida, the choreography scales up or down instantly.
My Approach to Corporate Fitness
- Zero Experience Needed: If you can walk, you can dance. I promise.
- Low Stakes, High Energy: The goal is stress relief, not winning a dance competition.
- Inclusive Movements: I design my sets to be safe and accessible for everyone, regardless of what they are wearing—yes, even in formals or kurtas.
At the end of the day, if you are smiling, sweating, and high-fiving your teammate by the end of the session, I have done my job.
