About On-Site Office Dance Parties

You don't need a studio or fancy equipment to get the team moving. I work with whatever space you have, whether it’s a packed cafeteria or a cleared conference room. My routines are designed so that nobody has to change into gym clothes; we keep the choreography simple enough for jeans and kurtas so everyone feels comfortable joining in, regardless of their fitness level or dance background.

How it works

I treat every office session like a mini-party. My goal is simple: I want your team to forget about deadlines, leave their stress at the desk, and just move. We mix Zumba, Bollyfit, and Bhangra rhythms to keep the energy high and the boredom low.

  • For small teams (10-40 pax): I run 45-60 minute 'Energizer' sessions. These are perfect for lunch breaks or as an end-of-day stress buster. We focus on cardio that is intense enough to sweat, but safe enough that you can jump back into meetings right after.
  • For large events (50-200+ pax): Need something for a Townhall, Annual Party, or Sports Day? I step into 'Hypeman/MC' mode. I manage the crowd, handle the energy, and use high-visibility movements that work even if you're standing at the back of an atrium or an outdoor ground.

What I need from you

I keep the logistics as light as the workouts. You just need to provide a decent sound system with Aux or Bluetooth, and a headset mic if we are dealing with a larger crowd. Everything else, I bring to the floor.
