- 60 Minutes of Energy: We start with dynamic stretching to get the blood flowing, move into high-intensity Bhangra or Bollywood cardio, and finish with a 20-minute 'Reel Segment'.
- The Reel Segment: We don't just dance; we record. I help you master angles, expressions, and the hooksteps so you have a fun video to track your progress or share on your feed.
- Joint Health Focus: I know 'knee clicks' are a common concern for dancers and fitness enthusiasts. That is why I bake mobility and joint strengthening exercises into every warm-up to keep you moving safely.
