About Yoga & Mindful Movement
I keep these sessions focused on what actually helps a desk-bound body: shoulder mobility, spine health, and hip openers. We do not hold complex poses for ages; we flow, we breathe, and we fix that 'tech-neck' stiffness so you can get back to work feeling lighter and more focused.
Why yoga with a Zumba instructor? Because I know exactly what your body feels like after a long day hunched over a laptop. These sessions are my way of balancing high-energy movement with some much-needed shanti (calm).
We keep things practical. If we are in the office, we focus on 'Desk Yoga'—moves you can do without needing to change into gym clothes or worry about a shower afterward. We target the tight spots like the lower back, neck, and shoulders.
If we are doing a longer, guided flow, we move to sun salutations and basic asanas like Utkatasana (chair pose) and downward dog to build endurance without the burnout. It is not about perfect alignment or touching your toes on day one. It is about moving with your breath and giving your mind a break from emails and deadlines.
Whether you are booking a single stress-buster session for your team or looking for regular virtual mindful movement to keep everyone consistent, the goal is the same: you should feel more open and relaxed when you step off the mat.
