I often see people struggling because they try to force the movement instead of feeling the rhythm. In my classes at DSOD or Fit Nation, we break down these complex patterns into manageable parts. If you are training to become an instructor or just want to level up your personal dance game, this is where you learn to master your cuing and posture. We do not just dance; we build the skills to own the floor.
