About this collection
We don't just do steps; we move on a shock-absorbent wooden laminate floor that saves your knees while you dance. Our morning and evening batches at BTM Layout fill up fast, so if you're coming for the 6:15 AM slot, know that the energy is high from the second the music starts—you don't need to be a pro to fit in, just bring your energy.
We built RDI to be a place where the vibe comes first. Our sessions aren't about perfecting every move; they're about keeping the heart rate up and the mood light. We mix standard Zumba cardio with our signature Bollyfit choreography, throwing in hits from Bollywood, Tollywood, and international charts to keep things fresh.
What to Expect
- The Workflow: Each 60-minute session is a mix of high-intensity cardio and toning segments. Some days we pull out light dumbbells for an 'Abs Day' or lower body conditioning, but the focus is always on movement and rhythm.
- Community: We call it the Zumba family for a reason. You'll see the same faces at our 6:15 AM or 7:00 PM batches, and we regularly host regional rounds—think Telugu and Tamil hits—that get everyone fired up. It’s a space where you can be yourself, mess up the steps, and laugh about it.
- Studio Setup: Our studio in BTM Layout is a non-AC space with large windows and a solid wooden floor. It gets humid when the batch is full, so bring a towel and a water bottle because you will definitely sweat.
- Flexibility: We want you to show up, not worry about missed classes. You can grab a drop-in session to test the floor and our instructor style, or pick a monthly/quarterly plan that lets you switch between morning and evening slots. Your schedule shouldn't stop you from dancing.
