My role as a teacher is to offer support and gentle correction, ensuring you feel safe as you explore new possibilities in your practice. Here, I'm assisting a student with alignment in Ustrasana (Camel Pose) during an outdoor session, helping her open her heart space with confidence.

This is a look into my Yognaman classes, which can be tailored to your needs. We can work one-on-one for focused attention, in small groups for shared energy, indoors at a studio, or outside in a park to connect with nature.

Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) is a powerful arm balance that builds core strength and improves digestion. It requires focus and discipline, two key elements we cultivate in my Yognaman practice, shown here during a session in the park.

Greeting the day with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a beautiful way to warm up the body and center the mind. This sequence of twelve poses connects movement with breath, creating a moving meditation that prepares you for the day ahead.

Inversions like this variation of Sirsasana (Headstand) are incredible for improving circulation and bringing fresh oxygen to the brain. In my studio sessions, we work on building the strength and confidence needed to safely practice these advanced poses.

Ustrasana (Camel Pose) is a deep backbend that opens the entire front of the body, especially the chest and heart center. Practicing at sunrise reminds me that every day is a new opportunity to open up, both physically and emotionally.

The ultimate goal of yoga is to find a state of inner calm and balance. Here, in a simple seated meditation pose, I connect with my breath and the stillness within, a practice we conclude every session with to integrate the benefits of our work.

I approach every session as a partnership where we prioritize safety and alignment over pushing boundaries too fast. In my private sessions, I provide constant hands-on corrections and use props like blocks to ensure you perform every asana with the correct form, specifically working to safely open your body and reduce tension.
