Real strength comes from mastering compound lifts. No shortcuts, just consistent hard work and technique.

The barbell squat is a non-negotiable exercise for building powerful legs and a strong core. I ensure my clients master the form before adding heavy weight to build a solid foundation.

A heavy deadlift in progress. This lift works the entire posterior chain, from your back to your hamstrings. I teach the proper technique to lift with power and avoid injury.

Setting up for a heavy squat in the rack. Wearing knee sleeves and a lifting belt provides support for maximal lifts, allowing you to push your limits safely.

The dumbbell bench press is an excellent compound movement for building chest size and strength. Using dumbbells allows for a greater range of motion and helps correct muscle imbalances.

A montage of my training style. It includes heavy back rows, squats, and deadlifts, which are the core of my strength and muscle building programs. This is what I mean by 'jhotte bandegaamak'.

About My Training: Full Power Lifts

You don’t build size by ego lifting. In my sessions, we start with your form because lifting heavy with bad technique is a recipe for injury, not gains. Whether you’re learning to squat in a rack or perfecting your deadlift, I watch every rep to ensure you are engaging the right muscles. If you want to get strong, you have to be ready to put in the work, not just move plates.
