The Construction Process
I offer full turnkey construction services. This means I manage the project from the foundation to the final coat of paint. This includes:
- Structural Integrity: Use of M20/M25 grade concrete and branded TMT steel reinforcement.
- MEP Integration: Concealed electrical looping and plumbing routing, ensuring your modern facade is not cluttered by exterior utility lines.
- Site Supervision: I don't just hand over drawings. I personally supervise critical phases like plinth and slab casting to ensure the design vision is strictly adhered to on-site.
