About The Next Generation: Junior Champs Program
We do not just put kids in the nets. Our junior foundation program focuses on V-grip correction and head alignment from the start. If the basics are wrong at 10, they are hard to fix at 16, so we ensure the fundamentals are rock solid right here in Paschim Vihar.
At the junior level, the biggest mistake academies make is focusing on results instead of technique. We do the opposite. Our Under-14 program is designed to create a love for the game while building a strong technical base in a safe environment. We utilize cement and matting wickets, which provide consistent bounce, allowing young players to focus on their stance, head position, and grip without worrying about unpredictable seam movement.
Every session follows a structured path. We start with warm-up agility exercises, then move to focused net practice. We keep our student-to-coach ratio around 1:15 to ensure every child gets hands-on correction. If a player is holding the bat incorrectly, we fix it immediately because bad habits formed at 10 years old are the hardest to break.
Beyond the technical work, we make sure they enjoy themselves. You will see our junior squads playing games that teach them fielding and footwork in a fun, competitive way. It is not just about cricket; it is about building the discipline that carries over into their school life. We run batches at locations like Paschim Vihar, Janakpuri, and Dwarka, providing professional coaching from state-level qualified assistants with periodic assessments by senior staff. We treat every child as part of our cricket family, and we expect them to show the same respect for the game that we do.
