About Women's Cricket Coaching

Why We Do This

Over 25 years back, mera vision tha (my vision was) to make aacchi cricket coaching (good cricket coaching) possible for everyone in West Delhi. With women's cricket booming now, we see girls finally getting their chance. We’re here to back them fully - fearless cricket, self-belief, and a real shot at the big leagues.

Training Made Real for Girls

Our batches are only for girls. Security and comfort come first, so parents and players never have to worry. We’ve got two experienced female coaches - Mandeep Kaur and Lalita Sharma - who've played for top teams like Delhi and Northern Railway. They lead every session, making sure guidance is always solid and supportive.

What We Teach: No Shortcuts

Talent helps, but asli cheez hai mehnat (the real thing is hard work). We drill fundamentals, focusing on small details like bat grip and head position. Expect hands-on sessions for batting, pace/spin bowling, and intense fielding. Our fitness coach Ajay Jumper runs workouts for stamina and agility, using ladders, cones, and more.

We Build Careers, Not Just Cricketers

Our players go beyond local matches. Girls from our academy have moved up - DDCA selections, NCA camps, even the Women's IPL. Names like Ragini (DDCA U-15 Captain), Jinta (Mumbai Indians), Uma and Malika have all trained here.

Coaching Team

I oversee the program, but the women’s batch is led by Mandeep and Lalita, plus our fitness coach and assistants. Every girl gets attention, every session counts - fundamentals pe focus karna hai (must focus on fundamentals).
