Dekhiye, cricket is a game of basics. Here, we focus on the small details like the grip and stance because that is the foundation of a great player. I personally ensure every student gets this fundamental right from day one.
This is what we work for. It is a proud moment for our entire academy family when our student, Udhav Mohan, was selected for the India U19 squad. This is a result of his mehnat and our disciplined training.
A cricketer's journey is built on sweat and strength. Our training includes intense fitness drills covering agility, endurance, and power because we believe a fit cricketer is a complete cricketer. There are no shortcuts to success.
We believe in testing our players in different conditions. Our tours, like this one to Dehradun, are not just about playing matches. They are about building character, team spirit, and the mental toughness required for professional cricket.
We are committed to building a strong future for women's cricket. Our girls' program provides a safe, supportive, and professional environment with dedicated women coaches to nurture fearless female cricketers.
My role goes beyond just technical coaching. I am here to guide these young players, to build their confidence and teach them how to handle pressure. We are a team, and we prepare for every challenge together.
It is always a pleasure to see our senior players who have made it to the IPL, like Anuj Rawat, come back to the academy. They share their experience and guide the juniors, reinforcing our belief that cricket is a family.

Cricket is not about big shots; it is about the base. Before you strike a ball here, we fix your grip and head position. If your fundamentals are not sorted, no amount of power training will help you in a match. I personally ensure our students do not fall into bad habits that are almost impossible to correct later.

Our academy in Paschim Vihar and across our other city centers is built for one purpose: to prepare players for the real grind of competitive cricket. We do not just teach you how to hold a bat. We teach you how to handle the pressure of match scenarios, how to stay fit when your body wants to quit, and how to read the game.
The WDCA Training Approach
- Technique First: Whether you are in our U-14 junior batch or the advanced competitive group, we focus on micro-adjustments. We fix your backlift, your wrist work, and your stance. These small details are the difference between a club cricketer and a state-level player.
- Fitness is Mandatory: A fit cricketer is a complete cricketer. You will find that our sessions are just as much about agility, core strength, and endurance as they are about batting and bowling. If you are not physically ready, you cannot perform under pressure.
- Real Match Exposure: Net practice is only the start. We believe in tournament exposure. From city tours to local league matches, we put our players in situations that test their character. This is how we have produced consistent results for the DDCA and national age-group selections.
We provide professional turf wickets and bowling machines so you get the most accurate simulation of game-day conditions. This is a place for those who are serious about the sport. If you are ready to put in the mehnat (hard work), we are ready to guide you.

I am Rajkumar Sharma, a Dronacharya awardee, and I started this academy because I wanted to provide honest guidance to young cricketers in West Delhi. My goal is simple: to make sure every player who walks through these nets understands that talent is nothing without discipline.
