Cricket Training Under My Personal Guidance
Coaching is not just about nets and balls; it is about building a cricketer's mindset from the ground up. I personally ensure every trainee understands the fundamentals—grip, stance, and balance—before they ever face a fast bowler.
The right technique is everything. I am personally demonstrating the correct batting grip and stance to a young player. We give individual attention to ensure every player's basics are perfect.
In this conversation, I share my vision for this academy. It was to bring high-quality cricket coaching to West Delhi, and by God's grace, we have been successfully creating champions for 25 years.
For bowlers, consistency is key. Here, I am explaining the importance of bowling in the right channel to a young player. We use simple but effective drills to build accuracy and rhythm.

About Under My Guidance: Coaching by a Dronacharya Awardee
At WDCA, we do not let bad habits settle in. Whether it is correcting a flawed backlift or fixing head position during a drive, I make sure the technical adjustment happens the moment I spot it during your net session. You are not just another student in a batch; you are here to learn the game the right way, with immediate, on-field feedback that actually improves your shot selection.
Cricket is a game of muscle memory. If you start with a faulty grip or stance, you carry that through your entire playing career. My approach, refined over 25 years of coaching in West Delhi, focuses on building a fearless mindset backed by technically sound mechanics.
Our Training Philosophy
We use simple drills to fix complex errors. During our sessions at Paschim Vihar, Dwarka, or Janakpuri, we spend as much time on static posture as we do on active batting. It is about understanding the off-stump channel, keeping the head still, and knowing when to defend versus when to attack.
What You Can Expect
We do not promise overnight success. We promise a pathway. From our Junior Foundation batches to Advanced Competitive U-19 groups, the goal remains the same: preparation for the next level, whether that is club cricket or DDCA trials. Our trainees have access to bowling machines for pace practice and turf wickets that play true, simulating real-match conditions.
We believe in the power of 'mehnat' (hard work). If you show up with the discipline to put in the hours, I am here to ensure that your talent is guided in the right direction. We don't just teach you how to hit the ball; we teach you how to understand the game.
