Grand Couple Entry with Fog, Pyros & Dancers
Special Effects & Atmosphere
- Dry Ice Fog: Heavy duty low lying fog machines (2 units) with sufficient dry ice stock to create a 'cloud walk' effect for 3-5 minutes.
- Cold Pyrotechnics: Set of 6-8 electronic cold pyro fountains (sparklers) placed along the entry aisle or stage steps, synchronized to ignite upon the couple's arrival.
- Props: Designer 'Phoolon Ki Chaadar' (floral canopy) or LED lit placards/Heart props carried by the crew.
Artist & Manpower Support
- Escort Dancers: Team of 4-6 female artists dressed in theme appropriate costumes (e.g., Angel wings with feathers, traditional ethnic lehengas, or LED gowns).

Live Wedding Orchestra & Instrumental Bands

- Option A (Ambient): 3 piece traditional instrumental trio (e.g., Shehnai, Flute, and Tabla/Jal Tarang) suitable for welcome walkway or pheras.
- Option B (Party Band): 4-5 piece Live Wedding Orchestra featuring a lead singer (Male/Female), Octapad/Drummer, Keyboardist, and Guitarist performing Bollywood & Punjabi hits.
Technical Management
- Sound Setup: Includes standard PA system (JBL/RCF equivalent), stage monitors, corded/cordless microphones, and basic mixer.
- Logistics: Artist transport, hospitality management, and technical sound check prior to the event.

- Repertoire: Standard commercial Bollywood, Punjabi Pop, and Old Classics.
- Interaction: Artists are experienced in interacting with the crowd and taking basic song requests.
DJ, Intelligent Lighting & Bar Management
DJ & Visuals
- DJ Service: Professional Wedding DJ specializing in Bollywood, Punjabi, and commercial English top 40.
- Intelligent Lighting Rig: Box Truss setup loaded with moving head beam lights (Sharpies), LED Par cans for wash lighting, and lasers/hazer machines to visualize the beams.
- Visuals: Basic LED backdrop or mapping on the DJ console (subject to customization).
Bar Management
- Bartending Team: 2 Professional bartenders (with basic flair skills) to manage the bar counter.
- Bar Stock (Non Alcoholic): Supply of standard mixers (juices, sodas), syrups (monin/equivalent), ice cubes, garnishes (lemon, mint), and bar tools. Note: Alcohol is client scope.

- Vibe Check: The lighting engineer actively syncs lights to the music beats (not just auto run).
