Office Festive & Networking Lounge
Ambient Lighting & Structure
- Fairy Light Canopy: Creation of a starry night effect using warm white LED fairy light strings draped overhead (covering approx. 800-1000 sq ft area).
- Truss Masking: Aluminum box truss pillars covered in gathered white satin or lycra fabric to hide industrial elements.
- Mood Lighting: 8-10 RGB LED Par cans placed at the perimeter to wash walls or trees in brand colors.
Seating & Furniture
- VIP Lounge Zone: Includes 3-4 sets of white leatherette sofas (2-seaters) with low wooden center tables and small floral arrangements.
- Networking Clusters: 6-8 High-top cocktail tables with stretchable lycra covers (Black/White/Gold) and tea-light centerpieces.
Decor & Branding
- Entrance Arch: 10ft wide entrance gate decorated with fabric draping and basic floral runners.
- Photo Op Corner: Dedicated 8x8 ft backdrop featuring a standard neon sign mounted on a green grass wall or sequin wall.

- Stage Border: A running floral border along the front edge of the stage (approx. 16 running feet) using artificial hydrangeas and fresh roses.

- Premium Seating: 100 Gold or Clear Resin Tiffany Chairs with cushion pads.
- Table Setup: 10-12 Round tables (5ft dia) with floor-length satin tablecloths and overlays.

Namaste! We’re Rohit and Preeti, the faces behind Weedoevents. Delhi is home, and making magic out of your big moments is our thing. We’re not the 'sit in office and give orders' type - you’ll catch us fussing over fairy lights and fixing that one stubborn flower at your venue.
