Local Wedding Planning & Coordination
Planning & Negotiation
- Detailed budget breakdown targeting ₹20L - ₹80L total spend with category allocation.
- Theme conceptualization including mood boards and 2D/3D layout designs for the venue.
- Scouting and rate negotiation for vendors (makeup, photography, catering) with discounts passed directly to the client.
On-Site Execution Team
- Deployment of 1 Lead Planner and 4 Assistant Coordinators for main events (Sangeet & Wedding).
- Dedicated 'Shadows' for Bride and Groom to manage personal needs, outfits, and hydration throughout the event.
- Minute-by-minute itinerary management to ensure Baraat entry and rituals adhere to the muhurat.
Guest & Creative Management
- Design coordination for stationery, welcome easel stands, and bar menus.
- RSVP management via phone or WhatsApp for local guest lists.
- Coordination of venue valet services and fleet management.
Financial Note
- This fee covers service and management only.
- Decor production, venue rentals, and third-party vendor fees are billed at actuals.
Destination Wedding Management & Logistics
Logistics & Hospitality
- End-to-end management of guest transport including airport pick-ups and convoy coordination.
- Dedicated 24/7 hospitality desk at the hotel lobby for seamless guest check-ins and key handovers.
- Assembly and placement of welcome hampers and itineraries in rooms prior to guest arrival.
- Liaison with hotel for room allocation, menu tasting, and banquet permissions.
Event Production & Vendor Management
- Coordination of multi-day event flow (Welcome Lunch, Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, Wedding, Reception).
- Booking and management of travel and accommodation logistics for external vendors.
- On-site supervision of heavy decor setup including Mandaps and stages to ensure design fidelity.
Styling & Entertainment
- Curation of special entry concepts (e.g., vintage cars, cold pyros) and couple styling assistance.
- Booking and coordination of live entertainers, folk dancers, and DJ sound/light consoles.
Financial Note
- Fee covers planning and management service only.
- Costs for hotel rooms, F&B, travel bookings, and decor materials are paid by the client.
- Travel and stay for the planning team (8-10 pax) is typically additional.
