Family Sangeet Choreography & Management
Choreography Scope
- Song Count: Custom medley creation for approx. 10 to 12 performance slots.
- Performers: Covers Bride & Groom solo/duet, Parents, Bride Squad, Groom Squad, and Grand Finale.
- Style: Mix of Bollywood, Folk (Garba/Ghoomar), and trending Reels transitions.
Rehearsals & Training
- Sessions: Up to 10 days of offline rehearsals at your location (Delhi NCR) or online sessions.
- Instruction: Lead choreography focused on teaching non dancers and older family members.
- Support: Video tutorials provided for home practice.
Event Day Execution
- Stage Manager: On site team to cue the Console/DJ and manage performance order.
- Props: Includes basic handheld sparklers, placards, and colorful dupattas.
- Grand Entry: Coordination of the Bride and Groom entry concepts.
Wedding Day Coordination (On-Day Support)
Vendor & Timeline Management
- Point of Contact: Single POC for all vendors (Photo, Catering, DJ) on the event day.
- Itinerary: Execution of a minute by minute run sheet for rituals and entries.
Shadow Team
- Manpower: Team of 3 to 4 coordinators on site.
- Couple Shadows: Dedicated runners to ensure the Bride and Groom are fed and on schedule.
Logistics
- Guest Management: Assistance with guest welcome and gift/shagun collection.
- Crisis Handling: Management of immediate on spot issues like wardrobe malfunctions or furniture arrangement.

Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Approx. 10x10 ft pipe based backdrop structure.
- Draping: Traditional Yellow/Orange or Multicolor georgette/satin drapes.
Floral & Furniture
- Flowers: Heavy use of Genda Phool (Marigold) strings mixed with artificial tassels.
- Seating: Includes one decorated Swing (Jhula) or traditional Sankheda sofa.
