4-Person Photography & Videography Team

Media Team Composition

Candid Photographer: 1 Senior photographer using Full-Frame mirrorless/DSLR cameras for portraits and emotions.
Traditional Photographer: 1 Photographer for stage coverage, group shots, and ritual documentation.
Cinematographer: 1 Videographer for cinematic highlights and B-roll.
Traditional Videographer: 1 Videographer for continuous wall-to-wall coverage of rituals.

Deliverables

Video: Includes a 3-5 minute cinematic teaser and a 45-90 minute traditional long-format film.
Photos: 300-500 edited high-resolution images plus raw data provided on hard drive/cloud.
Physical Album: One premium Canvera or equivalent Photobook (approx. 40-50 sheets / 250 GSM paper) with a customized cover.

Coverage Details

Duration: Full day coverage from Getting Ready shots to Bidaai.
Lighting: Includes basic on-camera flash and portable LED video lights managed by an assistant.

DJ Service, Sound & Custom Dance Floor

Professional Disc Jockey (DJ)

Artist: One professional wedding DJ specializing in Bollywood, Punjabi, and Commercial Pop.
Duration: Performance time of 6 to 8 hours (typically 8 PM to late night).
Console: Professional DJ controller/console with laptop interface.

Sound & Lighting Setup

Sound System: 4 Top Speakers, 2 Bass Bins (Subwoofers), and 1 Monitor speaker suitable for 150-300 guests.
Truss Lighting: Aluminum Box Truss structure with 8-12 LED Par Cans, 2-4 Moving Head Sharpy Lights, and a smoke machine.

Custom Dance Floor

Structure: Wooden ply platform raised 4-6 inches from the ground (Size: approx. 16ft x 16ft).
Finish: Custom Printed Flex stretched and stapled over the ply with designs like Mandala patterns or Monograms.
Note: This is a static printed floor, not an LED digital video floor.

Themed Varmala & Entry Effects Package

Themed Ritual Performance

Concept: Coordination of special themes like Ganga Aarti or Ram-Sita for the Varmala ceremony.
Artist Troupe: Arrangement of 5 to 8 professional performing artists dressed in theme-appropriate attire.
Props: Usage of large brass multi-tiered lamps, hand-held bells, or floral props tailored to the theme.

Bridal & Groom Entry

Bridal Props: Provision of a decorated Phoolon Ki Chadar (artificial floral or LED-lit frame) or Palki/Doli.
Escort Team: Coordination of male artist escorts in uniform attire to carry the Chadar/Palki.
Groom Procession: Basic coordination of the groom's entry path to the stage.

Special Effects (SFX)

Cold Pyrotechnics: Setup of 6 to 8 Cold Pyro units (indoor safe, 30-second duration) triggered during Varmala.
Atmospherics: Low-lying Fog Effect (Dry Ice based) created on the stage/aisle (Duration: 3-5 minutes).
Confetti: Electronic or manual blast of rose petals or paper confetti at the peak moment.

My curated vendor network covers everything: DJs, live performers, dancers (even Ganga Aarti themes), dramatic entries, Cold Pyro, and more.
Tents, colourful drapes, sofas, traditional seating, fancy chairs for Haldi/Mehndi – you name it, I set it up.
Professional photographers and videographers who actually get those candid moments, not just staged ones.
Lighting setups from fairy lights to big chandeliers, custom signage, and even the carpets and aisle runners that tie it all together.
