- Sangeet Prep: Rehearsals for 10-12 performances including song selection and mixing.
- Virtual Support: Video tutorials provided for outstation guests.
- Anchoring: Script assistance and sequence planning for the Sangeet night.
Entries & Special Effects
- Bridal Entry: Concept execution using props like Phoolon Ki Chadar or light props.
- Groom Entry: High-energy Baraat coordination including 2-4 cold pyro shots.
- Jaimala: Coordination using Dry Ice Matka effect and confetti blasts.
On-Day Execution
- Manpower: 1 Senior Manager and 2 Shadows to oversee timeline and artist line-ups.
- Coordination: Interfacing with venue technical teams for light, sound, and mic cues.
Full Planning, Entertainment & Vendor Management

- Vendor Management: Scouting and negotiating with Decorators, Caterers, and Photographers (Management fee only).

- Heavy SFX: 6-8 Cold Pyro fountains, CO2 Jets, and low-lying fog.
- Logistics Team: 4-5 member on-site team for transport and event flow.

Team & Travel
- Team Deployment: Fee includes travel and stay costs for the planning and choreography team.
- On-Site Prep: Last-minute dance rehearsals conducted at the destination hotel 2 days prior.
Royal Production
- Vintage Concepts: Coordination of vintage cars, chariots, or Palkis for entries.
- Fireworks: Liaison for aerial fireworks and local permissions.
- Artist Handling: Logistics management for flown-in celebrity singers or bands.

Your wedding decor is the vibe-setter. I love creating setups that match your style, whether you want a royal Jaipur look or something modern and chill. Some favourites:

- Pastel, floral, and personalized details
Grand Entrances & Wow Moments
Making your entry epic is my jam. Think phoolon ki chadar (flower canopy), fog effects, mirrored aisles, or a baraat (groom’s procession) with dancers and fireworks. I use cold pyros, smoke, and floral showers for those goosebump moments.
Entertainment & Sangeet
A wedding is all about the energy. I arrange anchors, dance troupes, international artists, and mascots. For your sangeet, I handle choreography ideas for everything from your first dance to squad performances.

My Story
We call ourselves 'Wedding Wala' because shaadi ka scene should be full-on dhamaka, not boring. We’re all about those goosebumps - that dreamy walk down the aisle, groom’s surprise dance, jaimala with fireworks. Humari vibe hai, 'Udaipur mein pahado ke beech bride entry toh banti hai!' (A bride entry in Udaipur’s mountains is a must!) We don’t just plan, we make magic and memories happen.
