About Defy Gravity: Aerial & Acro Yoga
When you're hanging in a silk hammock, safety is the first thing that matters. We use professional, weight-rated carabiners and perform daily inspections on every rigging mount, so you can stop worrying about the equipment and focus entirely on your flow. Our trainers are right there on the floor during every inversion, spotting your form so you feel secure enough to try that first headstand without any hesitation.
Aerial Yoga at Black Vigor Elite is not just about stretching; it is about finding a new perspective on your fitness. As the first studio in Noida to introduce both Aerial and Acro Yoga, we have built a space where you can safely push your limits.

What to expect
We keep our classes supportive. It is not about looking perfect on day one. You will see members of all levels in our Sector 49 studio, from absolute beginners trying their first tuck to pros nailing complex inversions.
If you are intimidated by the silks, do not worry. Our Master Trainers are hands-on, providing personal guidance throughout the session. We have rigged our studio with a full mirror wall for form correction and use high-quality PVC mats for safety on the ground. Whether you want to join for the fun, the flexibility, or to escape the standard gym routine, you will find your tribe here.
