Digital Illustrations
While my sketchbooks are my sanctuary, I use digital tools to bring complex, detailed narratives to life. Here is a look at my digital work, including personal projects and competition pieces.
This video shows my coloring process for a digital illustration called 'CLOY'. I enjoy exploring different color palettes, and this piece was an experiment with a soft, cotton candy inspired theme using Procreate.
A detailed crop from my Redbull Doodle Art entry. This section shows a Godzilla like figure, representing the destructive forces of war, a central theme in the illustration.
Another close up from the 'Cloy' illustration. This part depicts a child amidst the chaos, symbolizing innocence and the search for peace in the aftermath of conflict.
This detail shows another character interacting with an animal, a small moment of connection and hope within the larger, more chaotic scene of the doodle art piece.
About Digital Illustrations
I approach digital work with the same raw honesty as my ink drawings. Whether it is a narrative piece like 'CLOY' or a competition entry, I focus on the story behind the art rather than just clean pixels. If you have a concept that needs an authentic, hand-crafted touch, we should collaborate.
Digital art for me is a dialogue. It starts on paper and moves to the tablet, where I get to experiment with color palettes and textures that traditional ink sometimes cannot reach.
Take my 'CLOY' project or my entry for the Redbull Doodle Art competition as examples. In those, I wasn't just drawing; I was trying to map out feelings of innocence, conflict, and peace. Digital tools allow me to iterate quickly, turning those initial sketches into finished assets for print, social media, or branding.
My professional background in product design at SmallcaseHQ heavily influences this work. I believe an illustration should do more than just look good; it should serve a purpose and communicate clearly. Whether you need a series of custom illustrations for your brand, artwork for an event, or a digital visual for a presentation, I bring a design-first mindset to every project. I do not believe in generic stock art. Every line, color, and shadow is intentional, built from the ground up to fit your unique story.
