Our vision for the Central Business District 79 project bridges the gap between commercial efficiency and public life, creating a dynamic space where retail, offices, and community hubs coexist.

This render showcases the grand entrance concept for the Central Business District 79 project. We designed a nearly 100-meter long welcome court with a sweeping overhead arch, multi-lane drop-off, and integrated water features to create a memorable and impressive arrival experience.

In our CBD 79 project, we prioritized social synergy by integrating a 100-meter welcome court and a multi-purpose amphitheater into the master plan. In the heart of Hyderabad, we designed this mixed use building to prove that glamour doesn’t always mean excess. The entrance is framed by a delicate screen of vertical fins, creating a sophisticated and inviting threshold.10
