This animation illustrates the concept for Celebration Lane, a vibrant pedestrian street lined with retail shops. The design includes flexible spaces for flea markets, shaded seating, and lush greenery, balancing active commerce with tranquil relaxation.

This render showcases the grand entrance concept for the Central Business District 79 project. We designed a nearly 100-meter long welcome court with a sweeping overhead arch, multi-lane drop-off, and integrated water features to create a memorable and impressive arrival experience.

A conceptual sketch of the multi-purpose amphitheater. We designed this versatile public venue to host everything from product launches and live performances to community festivals and sports screenings, making it a true hub for social synergy.

About Urban Futures: The Central Business District Vision

Designing a district requires more than just building footprints. In our CBD 79 project, we prioritized social synergy by integrating a 100-meter welcome court and a multi-purpose amphitheater into the master plan. This ensures every square foot serves a dual purpose: supporting high-traffic commercial activity while providing tangible, usable public spaces for the community to gather.
