About this collection

When designing high-traffic retail spaces, we focus on customer journey mapping. Instead of traditional, intimidating desk arrangements, we create open consultation zones with round tables. This simple shift changes the dynamic from a transactional meeting to a comfortable, brand-focused conversation.

Scaling a design language across hundreds of sites requires more than just a brand manual. For the Maruti Suzuki Arena project, our challenge was ensuring a consistent look and feel while adapting to the unique constraints of each location.

We approached this by standardizing key elements—like the digital interaction zones and the illuminated vehicle display panels—while allowing the facade and customer flow to adapt to site-specific conditions. This modular approach ensures that the brand identity remains intact whether the site is in a compact city center or a large suburban plot.

Retail interior design is about more than aesthetics; it is about performance. In these showrooms, we prioritized sightlines. We ensure that from the moment a customer enters, their eyes are drawn to the vehicle, then to the engagement tools, and finally to the consultation area. We also integrated advanced lighting design, using specific Lux levels to highlight product features without creating glare, which is critical for both customer comfort and sales conversion.

Whether you are planning a single flagship store or a national retail rollout, the principles remain the same: simplify the path to purchase, create spaces that encourage conversation, and use materials that stand up to constant daily footfall.
