A prime example is our work with tapered skylights, which bring natural light into basement levels, successfully shifting these areas from dark, utilitarian parking zones into open, airy, and usable public spaces.

In our Central Business District 79 project, for instance, we moved beyond standard master planning to reimagine how a community interacts with a commercial hub. By utilizing tapered skylights and indoor vegetation, we introduce biophilic principles into the basement, reducing glare while ensuring visual and spatial continuity with the ground floor. This attention to detail is consistent across all our service lines, whether we are adapting global brand guidelines for retail showrooms or planning efficient floor plates for corporate offices.
