Tata Hitachi: Award-Winning Industrial Design
We transformed the Tata Hitachi dealership in Faridabad by applying an industrial-first design approach, turning a brownfield site into an award-winning 3S infrastructure facility that balances efficiency with brand identity.

About this collection
For this project, we replaced standard drywall partitions with a repurposed shipping container to create a meeting room that functions as a bold brand statement. This approach reduced construction waste while providing a flexible, sound-controlled environment that directly supports the dealership's collaborative team culture.
This project serves as a practical case study for our 'thoughtful design' approach. By integrating a shipping container directly into the office floor plan, we achieved a striking, sound-isolated meeting room that breaks the monotony of standard corporate cabins. The facility layout was planned using customer journey mapping to ensure that high-traffic zones—from the showroom display area to the rear service bay—flow logically, directly contributing to the client's sales efficiency and employee comfort.
We utilized raw materials like polished concrete flooring and exposed ceiling ducts, which not only reinforced the industrial aesthetic but also lowered long-term maintenance overhead. Our lighting strategy, using high-output track fixtures, serves a dual purpose: it highlights the heavy machinery as the focal point while maintaining professional Lux levels for the sales team. The exterior facade was updated using a rainscreen system with aluminum composite panels, which provided thermal insulation and created a sharp, modern landmark identity in the Faridabad landscape. This dealership demonstrates how architectural precision can solve business problems, turning a standard commercial site into a high-performing 3S infrastructure that balances staff productivity, recognizable brand identity, and financial viability.
