We designed this glasshouse-style villa in Wakadi to bring the outdoors in. It is a perfect balance of resort-level luxury and practical weekend living.

About Rock Villa: A Modern Farm Resort

For the Rock Villa, the priority was connecting the indoors to the surrounding landscape without compromising on privacy. We used a glass facade to frame the pool and hills, but we also had to plan the climate orientation to keep the interiors cool despite the large glass surface. If you are planning a farmhouse, think about your sunlight paths and movement flow before you decide on the exterior aesthetics; design is about how you move through the space, not just how it looks from the road.
