Whether it is a modern stilt bungalow in Kune Village or a traditional retreat in Tungarli, we design outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings. We turn villas into private getaways.

This is our proposed design for a modern bungalow scheme in Kune Village, Lonavala. The architecture features clean lines and large windows, with integrated planters and green spaces that connect the structure to the surrounding hillside landscape. The stilt design provides covered parking while elevating the living spaces for better views.

An interior view of the Lonavala bungalow, highlighting the central biophilic courtyard. This space, with its bamboo planting and natural stone, acts as a natural light well and a serene visual element, connecting the indoor living areas with nature.

We designed this bungalow scheme in Tungarli, Lonavala, with a traditional aesthetic to complement the local architecture. The design includes classic elements like sloping tiled roofs, arched windows, and decorative balcony railings, creating a timeless holiday home feel.

The backyard of the Tungarli villa, complete with a private swimming pool and an adjoining wooden deck. This space was designed for relaxation and family gatherings, providing a private garden area that serves as a true extension of the home.

An upcoming modern bungalow project in Ulwe, where the outdoor spaces are a key component of the architectural design. The structure includes multiple balconies with glass railings and a large upper terrace, maximizing opportunities for outdoor living in a contemporary style.

About Private Villa & Holiday Home Landscapes

We don't just landscape; we integrate. For projects like our bungalow scheme in Kune Village, we utilized stilt structures to elevate living areas, ensuring the outdoor garden and pool deck feel like a natural extension of the interior living space rather than an afterthought. This approach creates a clean visual connection between the architecture and the hillside landscape.
