A farmhouse retreat designed to sit in harmony with the landscape, blending luxury with the quiet beauty of Pali.

This 3D visualization focuses on the main swimming pool area. It shows how I planned for ample deck space with lounge chairs and umbrellas, creating a true resort-style relaxation zone.

Another perspective of the pool area from my initial design renders. Visualizing the space with palm trees and lounge furniture helped in creating the desired vacation feel.

About Gharat Farm Stay: Sustainable Eco Resort

Design isn't just about how a resort looks—it is about how it sits on the land. At Gharat Farm Stay, we specifically avoided clearing existing trees, opting instead to build around them. This meant more complex site planning, but it preserved the original character of the plot and provided natural shade that you simply cannot manufacture with concrete.

At our Karjat project, a large existing tree provides a natural anchor for the steel staircase. This demonstrates our philosophy of integrating the built form with the site's existing natural elements.
The Karjat residence enveloped in scaffolding, revealing its complex, angular geometry. Even in this raw state, the structure's dynamic relationship with the surrounding trees and landscape is evident.

Introducing Pavilion House, set on a grassy expanse overlooking the backwaters of Lake Beze in Nashik. Inspired by prairie-style homes, its steel and glass composition is designed to establish a profound connection with the landscape, creating a true escape from the city.21
The deep, curved veranda of Pavilion House blurs the line between the living room and the garden. This architectural feature provides shade from the afternoon sun while framing uninterrupted views of the landscape, embodying our principle of indoor-outdoor living.
