We read the site before we draw a single line. Our residences in Karjat, Alibaug, and beyond preserve natural topography and existing tree lines, ensuring your home feels like an extension of the forest, not an intrusion.

This aerial footage shows our Karjat residence taking its place within the vast green landscape. The design is a direct response to the topography, creating a structure that feels born of the forest rather than imposed upon it.

At our Karjat project, a large existing tree provides a natural anchor for the steel staircase. This demonstrates our philosophy of integrating the built form with the site's existing natural elements.

Our "Pavilions in the Fields" project places three distinct homes within an expansive paddy field landscape. The design concept treats each house as a modern pavilion, creating a dialogue between the architectural form and the vast, unending natural scenery of Goa.22

At Villa Toshi, the landscape is the architecture. We recalibrated an existing structure by adding extensive rooftop gardens and lush planting that cascades down the building, effectively merging the home with the hillside and the expansive view.31
A few years of growth can make all the difference. This view of Villa Toshi shows how the landscape, designed by our collaborators, has matured to envelop the building, creating a green oasis that overlooks the Alibaug coast.
