Whether it is a rush Rakhi order or a birthday treat, I am the one doing the baking, managing, and packing—it is homemade in the truest sense.
Why 'Freshly Baked' Actually Matters
I started baking at 15 in Dehradun, and after traveling to 25 countries, I brought those flavors back to my kitchen in Noida. The biggest difference between what I do and the factory stuff? It’s the ingredients and the time. When I bake a cake, I’m using real chocolate, not essence, and seasonal fruits I’ve prepped myself.
The 'Behind the Bakes' Reality
Everything you see here—from my fusion mithai cakes to those rich, year-old soaked plum cakes—is made without commercial premixes. If you’re in Noida or Delhi NCR and looking for a cake that doesn’t have that chemical aftertaste or artificial stabilizer, that’s where I come in.
I handle the whisking, the frosting, the sterilization of jars for my dessert puddings, and even the final packing. It’s a busy life, especially during festivals like Diwali or Rakshabandhan, but I wouldn't trade it. I want you to know exactly what you’re serving your family.
Can I Customize?
Yes! My kitchen is 100% eggless and I’m always happy to adjust for Jain-friendly or vegan requirements. Whether you want a simple tea cake with gur and nuts or a complex theme cake with fondant details, let’s talk. I believe in complete transparency, so if you have a specific allergy or request, just ask. If I can make it happen, I will.
