About From My Kitchen
I don't believe in assembly lines or pre-made mixes. When I prepare a chocolate mousse cake, I start with my soft sponge, whip the mousse fresh, and layer it with ganache right before the final finish. Every swirl, crumb coat, and decoration happens by hand in my kitchen in Sector 78. This is how I ensure that what you get is as fresh as if you had baked it yourself, but with a professional finish that makes it party-ready.
How I Bake
Being a home baker means I control everything that goes into your order. You won't find any chemical preservatives or store-bought shortcuts here. My process begins with sourcing fresh ingredients—seasonal fruits like mangoes, real pineapple chunks, and high-quality chocolate. Because I operate out of my home kitchen in Noida, I can only take a limited number of orders. This constraint is intentional; it allows me to give every cake, from simple heart-shaped designs to elaborate multi-tiered wedding creations, the time it needs to turn out perfectly.
The Customization Process
Most of the designs you see here started as an idea from a client. Whether you bring me a Pinterest inspiration, a specific Minecraft theme for a teen's birthday, or just a concept like a 'super mom' cake, my job is to translate that into an edible reality. I hand-mold fondant accents and create custom photo prints right here. If you have a specific flavor profile in mind, let’s talk about it. I work with whipped cream for a lighter finish and use fondant specifically for the decorative toppers so the cake remains soft and moist.
My Kitchen Standards
Hygiene is the backbone of my bakery. My kitchen is FSSAI certified, which is a promise of the standards I maintain while working with raw materials. When I deliver across the Delhi NCR region, I use sturdy packaging to ensure your cake reaches you in one piece. If you have an event coming up, reach out early so I can clear my schedule to bake your cake with the focus it deserves.
