When I say my cakes are fresh, I mean it. I bake every order from scratch in my kitchen, using real ingredients like fresh seasonal mangoes, hand-crushed spices, and couverture chocolate. You will never find industrial premixes, preservatives, or artificial shortcuts here. If you are looking for a cake that tastes like it came out of a home oven and not a factory line, you are in the right place.
Baking with Heart and Real Ingredients
My baking philosophy is simple: if I would not feed it to my own family, I won't bake it for you. Whether it is my Fresh Fruit Gateau or the decadent Chocolate Truffle cakes, I focus on the basics. I use high-quality butter, real fruit compotes, and non-dairy whipping cream that is stabilized without heavy chemicals.

- Fresh Fruit & Seasonal Specials: During the summer, my Mango Tres Leches is a favorite. It is made with real fruit pulp—no artificial essence—ensuring that natural, sweet flavor in every bite.
- Fusion Bakes: I love mixing my Dehradun roots with my travels. My mithai-fusion cakes, like Rose Pistachio and Motichoor, are designed for festive gatherings.
- Tea Cakes: For your daily chai, I bake vanilla chiffon cakes spiced with homemade chai masala (cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg). They are light, aromatic, and perfect for snacking.
Customization and Dietary Needs
Since I run a home bakery in Noida, I can be very flexible. My entire kitchen is 100% eggless. Need Jain-friendly options without onion and garlic, or maybe something sugar-free using jaggery (gur)? Just let me know. I also specialize in dessert jars and cupcakes, which are perfect for birthday return favors or corporate gifts.
Ordering and Delivery
I operate out of my kitchen in Sector 50, Noida. Everything is baked on order, so please give me a little notice, especially if you have a specific theme in mind. While I do handle delicate deliveries across Delhi NCR, I also offer a convenient pickup option from my home bakery.
