About Custom Celebration Cakes
I don't work from a fixed menu because your celebration is unique. Whether you want a specific character theme, an eggless recreation of a design you saw online, or a particular flavor like my fresh mango or classic truffle, we discuss the details beforehand. I bake everything from scratch on the day of your delivery, so please reach out at least 48 hours in advance to secure your slot.
How We Design Your Cake
When you book a custom cake with me, we start with your vision. I specialize in taking your ideas—whether it's a specific hobby, a favorite color, or a childhood character—and turning them into an edible reality.
Since everything is baked in my home kitchen in Sector 50, I have full control over the quality. I never use commercial premixes or heavy preservatives. You get a sponge that is light and moist, frosted with high-quality, non-dairy whipping cream or rich, real-chocolate ganache.
The Eggless & Diet Promise
My entire kitchen is 100% eggless. If you have guests with specific dietary needs, I can handle that too. Whether you need a Jain-friendly cake (no onion, no garlic), a vegan option, or a no-sugar cake using jaggery (gur), just let me know. I focus on making sure that 'special diet' does not mean 'compromised taste'.
Logistics & Delivery
I deliver across Delhi NCR. For delicate cakes with tall toppers or fondant work, I take extra care with the structural build, using sturdy sponges that hold their shape. If your venue is a long drive away, I design the cake specifically to handle travel, so it arrives looking exactly as it did when it left my counter.
Planning a big event? I also handle dessert jars, cupcakes, and hampers to pair with your main celebration cake, keeping the theme consistent across your entire dessert table.
