My Baking Journey
I started baking at 15 in Dehradun, and after traveling to 25+ countries, I brought all those flavors back to my kitchen in Noida. For me, happiness is home baked, and every order is made from scratch - no shortcuts, no factory stuff, just me and the best ingredients I can find.
What I Bake
You’ll find a mix of classic and fusion treats, all 100% eggless. My fusion mithai cakes are a big hit, especially during festivals - Motichoor Laddoo Cake, Rose Pistachio Kewra, and more. My Christmas Plum Cake is a seasonal favorite, loaded with fruits soaked in rum and brandy for a year - but I only make a few, so they go fast.
For everyday chai, I bake tea cakes like Chai Masala and Dry Fruits, plus cakes with wholesome gur (jaggery) and nuts. If you want something different, I do rustic pies, artisanal dessert jars (like Tres Leches and Mango Cream), and classic cakes with homemade fruit compote. My chocolate cakes use only real chocolate, not essence, and cupcakes are perfect for parties.
Fresh, Pure, and Hygienic
Everything is baked bilkul fresh (absolutely fresh) after you order. No premixes, no preservatives, and I sterilize every jar myself. I use seasonal fruits, real chocolate, and keep my kitchen super clean.

My kitchen is fully eggless. I also offer vegan gourmet treats, Jain options, and no-sugar baked goods using gur if you want something healthier.

My Story
Dehradun girl at heart, started baking at 15 - pure hobby, no big plans. Media jobs, then sabbatical life with my Captain hubby, globe trotted 25 countries, picked up wild flavors (chai masala cake?
